I grant Jessamine Photography LLC permission to photograph and/or record me and/or my property and to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and sell the resulting photographs and other media, including as prints, posters, postcards, books, publications, and other physical or digital products.

I also grant permission for the images to be used in Jessamine Photography’s portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, exhibitions, publications, and other commercial uses. This permission is granted in perpetuity and without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) photographed and have authority to grant Jessamine Photography LLC the permissions described in this release on their behalf.

Signing this form does NOT grant you ownership or download rights to images unless purchased. Final edited images may be purchased separately for personal use. Jessamine Photography retains copyright to all images.

By typing my full legal name below and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Model & Property Release above. I intend my typed name to constitute my electronic signature and to be legally binding.
